• Prices include all electricity, linen and towels (although you will need to bring your own towels for the swimming pool), and also free use of our bicycles (7 adult bikes and 3 childrens bikes available).

• 25% of the charge for your holiday is payable on booking, with the remainder due no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. A refundable damages deposit (250 € per week for Les Lavandes, 500 € per week for Le Logis, or sterling equivalent) is also payable by cheque along with the final installment.  Further details of Terms and Conditions are available on request.

• Taxe de Sejour - we are obliged by French law to collect the Taxe de Sejour at the time of your stay.  We expect that for 2008 this will be about 22 cents per night for each person over the age of 13, and this amount will be deducted from your damages deposit at the end of your stay.
  
  

• Short breaks are also available in Les Lavandes outside the peak season at the following rates; 65% of full week price for a 3 night break, 75% for 4 nights, and 85% for 5 nights.  

• Bed and Breakfast - B&B is available for the following rates per room :

  1 person - 70 Euros (30 Apr - 20 Sep), all other times 55 Euros

  2 people - 80 Euros (30 Apr - 20 Sep), all other times 65 Euros

  3 people (1 double, 1 single) - 95 Euros (30 Apr - 20 Sep), all other times 80 Euros

  A continental breakfast is included in the price, although a full cooked breakfast is available by arrangement. Please note that from June to September a small Taxe de Sejour is also payable per person per night (currently 22 cents).

  Discounts for extended stays; tariff from the second night is 5 Euros less per room.
